If a boat malfunctions prior to the rental period, the Boat Owner must contact Kincade Boats to arrange the appropriate cancellation. If this malfunction is within 5 days of the booking the Boat Owner will be liable for a $30 Administration fee.
In the event that a boat malfunctions during the rental period, please contact the Boat Owners designated person for assistance. If there is an emergency situation contact the Emergency Service providers listed in the Vessel Operations Manual.
In the event that a boat malfunctions during the rental period due to renter damage or use, then the Renter will not receive a refund and their Security deposit may be required to cover the insurance excess and/or repairs to the boat.
If a boat malfunctions due to no cause of the Renter, and to the extent that a Renter cannot continue the Rental they will receive a full refund with a $30 Administration fee payable by the boat owner.
